Carter's Event: The Result!

It went great! Seriously, everyone there was sooooooo super nice that I stopped being nervous! Completely! We had balloons and stuff welcoming us... and AWESOME food. The office was super cool, too! Very open... And they had the CUTEST clothes and patterns everywhere! Duh, they make baby clothes for a living, but I'm tellin' you... I was staring at this one little dress so hard, calculating whether or not I could actually fit in it.

There's no way... but I think I love it...

So, anyway, I'll try to keep the rest short... ish. The interview went well, too! They liked my characters a lot, but the patterns were a bit weak (except for th' toucan one! they're all here if you forgot already). It's expected since I've never made a pattern before... but yay for the rest of that! There was also a test on Illustrator to see how much you know about it...

Man, it's just such a nice place... I think I'd do well there, especially 'cos they're looking for innovative people with potential. I really hope I get it!

P.S. I'm pretty pleased with that doodle! I did it entirely digital (Flash), instead of scanning a pencil sketch and tracing. :D Also, I got my hair done a little differently for the event, hence the curls!
